It’s a crucial room in the home that provides essential facilities for personal hygiene and a private sanctuary for relaxation and self-care. A well-designed bathroom also increases a property’s value. In this article, we explore five inspiring bathroom before-and-after remodels in various styles that our team has completed.

Let’s jump right in.
Luxury Condo Bath Remodel in Fort Myers, FL

BEFORE
Before
The bathrooms in this Fort Myers full condo remodel felt dated, cramped, and disconnected from the rest of the home’s newly updated contemporary aesthetic. Both interiors were dimly lit and lacked the comfort and sophistication the homeowners desired. They wanted modern and functional, with clean lines, premium finishes, and a cohesive style that complemented the condo’s open-concept design.
After
We introduced clean lines, neutral tones, and high-quality finishes, transforming the bathrooms into bright, open retreats. Custom cabinetry with beautiful stone countertops brings an elevated feel, while carefully considered layered lighting contributes more warmth, safety, and efficiency.
The walk-in, frameless glass shower in the primary bath adds a sense of openness and spa-like indulgence. In the guest bath, cohesive materials and finishes maintain design continuity throughout the condo.
The result is a pair of luxurious interiors that combine elegance with practicality, proving that compact bathrooms can achieve a high-end, seamless look when designed with purpose and attention to detail.
“When I first saw this condo, I could tell the owners felt their bathrooms were holding back the entire suite. Our goal was to mirror the modern elegance of the rest of the home — bright, luxe and streamlined,” says Nikki Bruty.
Spa-Inspired Primary Bathroom Remodel in Naples, FL

BEFORE
Before
The existing primary bathroom layout in this Naples property lacked a clear distinction between wet and dry areas, giving it a somewhat disconnected feel. A dated platform tub dominated the space, while mismatched fixture finishes created a visual clash. The homeowners wanted a serene, spa-like retreat that balanced comfort with a transitional design.
After
This was a challenging and exciting project. We knew the couple wanted separate functional zones and to blend masculine and feminine details while showcasing their love for natural materials, without overwhelming the room.
The desired separation of wet and dry areas was achieved by seamlessly transitioning from smooth tile to pebble flooring, subtly dividing the shower from the rest of the room. A freestanding tub replaced the old platform model, framed by a warm, wood-look slat wall that adds depth and serenity.
A Calacatta gold mosaic niche wall serves as a visual anchor, complemented by a floating bench and shelving crafted from quartersawn white oak. A combination of masculine and feminine energy is achieved through gold-framed mirrors, matte-black fixtures, and soft-gold accents that work in harmony to unite both clients’ design preferences.
“Balancing masculine and feminine touches was fun — I love when finishes tell a story, not fight each other,” says Christy Williams.
Contemporary Primary Bathroom Remodel in Bonita Springs, FL

BEFORE
Before
These wonderful homeowners in Bonita Springs were happy with their bathroom layout but felt the finishes and fixtures no longer reflected their taste or the home’s modern vibe. The interior was dated. Older finishes, cabinetry, lighting, and tiles did little to make the most of the room’s impressive height and structure. The couple wanted a calm, spa-like retreat with fancy fixtures and top-notch finishes.
After
The remodel focused on refinement through detail and tone. We added new cabinetry with a gorgeous multi-layer painted finish, rollouts, and extra storage. The 14′ high ceilings were given a darker paint tone to create warmth and visual balance. Light quartz countertops and large-format porcelain tile introduced contrast and sophistication.
Behind a freestanding Victoria + Albert tub, an accent wall of Agate Taiko opaque glass tile in “Lucca” serves as the room’s statement feature, enhanced by matte gold fixtures and a chandelier above. The shower layout remained familiar but now includes upgraded plumbing, a handheld showerhead option, and a sleek glass enclosure.
“Sometimes you don’t need to move walls — what you do with finishes and lighting can feel like a whole new space,” says Nikki.

White Primary Bathroom Remodel in Bonita Springs, FL

BEFORE
Before
The homeowners in this Bonita Springs home were disappointed with their primary bathroom and wanted a complete change. A non-functional shower, an unnecessary step-down, and outdated glass blocks made the bathroom feel awkward, dark, and cramped.
The family desired a bathroom that prioritized natural light and that featured separate his-and-her showers with seamless zero-entry. Plus, increased storage capacity with separate vanities and a tankless water heater.
After
Our design team completely redesigned the space to match the homeowner’s high expectations. Dual zero-entry showers now provide easy access and a spa-like experience, each with its own spray options. A long freestanding tub, perfect for tall people, anchors the room and provides a luxurious soaking haven.
Custom his-and-hers vanities with granite countertops, integrated shelving, and a new linen closet offer ample bathroom storage without cluttering the space. The addition of a tankless water heater aligns with the family’s desire for modern convenience and energy efficiency.
“Storage is always a tipping point; having separate vanities plus a linen closet, etc., helped us meet both utility and style,” says Cristy.
Updated lighting further brightens every corner while brighter finishes enhance the amount of natural daylight that enters the interior.
Contemporary Primary & Guest Bathroom Remodels in Bonita Springs, FL

BEFORE
Before
The bathrooms throughout this Bonita Springs property felt dated and lacked the cohesion of the rest of the home. The homeowners desired a modern aesthetic, and each of the bathrooms – including the primary, two guest bathrooms, and a pool bath – felt disjointed and smaller than they really were.
The family wanted bathrooms that were contemporary in style, embodying simplicity, subtle sophistication, deliberate use of texture, and clean lines.
After
While all the bathrooms are separate, vary in size, and serve different roles, they now share a unified aesthetic. Our team of experienced designers and craftsmen installed white Dura Supreme cabinetry with polished chrome hardware and smoked pearl quartz countertops for a streamlined effect.
In the primary bathroom, wall-to-wall tile in soft pearl tones extends into the shower, transitioning to an aqua tone to create a pleasing subtle contrast. The guest bathrooms continue the refined look with white cabinetry, Arona Bianco flooring, and Calacatta Clara quartz surfaces.
The shower walls in the pool bath feature wavy white glossy tile by Dymo, creating a calming illusion of waves and a modern aesthetic. Collectively, these updates transform the home into a contemporary haven that feels expansive and effortlessly balanced.
“Coherence across multiple bathrooms can elevate the whole house. When someone moves from the guest bath to the primary bathroom, they should feel the same design language,” says Nikki.
