In this initial meeting, we will also help you with investment ranges to give you a general idea of costs.

How long will my remodeling project take?
Project timeframes naturally vary depending on a project’s scope, location and the existing home’s condition.
As a design-build firm, we work with homeowners to make their material selections and finalize design details well before construction begins. Consequently, leading up to construction, you can expect the pace of work to be fairly consistent to this realistic version of our own planning calendar.
Once work has started, homeowner changes or unexpected issues can cause setbacks, but with our design-build team securing up to 98 percent of project details upfront and leaving plenty of time for questions and decision-making, project delays are less likely.
