A non-structured stairwell wall enclosed the space, further diminishing its potential. The homeowner also had a unique request regarding a sentimental anniversary plate collection, which we were determined to fulfill.

Transformed into a spacious, functional, and beautiful interior, this reimagined kitchen and dining area now boasts extended countertop space, an externally vented cooktop hood, and a larger island. The addition of double ovens and a microwave enhances cooking capabilities, while the demolishing of a stairwell wall and a reconfiguring of the bedroom entrance amplify openness and storage. Elegant cabinets, a walk-in pantry, and a marble mosaic provide luxurious touches, alongside a special area for displaying treasured anniversary plates.
High-Rise Condominium Kitchen Remodel in Bonita Bay, FL
Before: Dated and Disjointed Condo Kitchen
This kitchen, located in the center of an open floor plan, was part of a complete condo renovation in Bonita Springs. The interior felt outdated with its black granite countertops and lacked cohesion with the rest of the living space. The design was functional but failed to make the most of its central location, while the walk-in pantry and appliance integration left much to be desired in terms of aesthetics and utility.

Revitalized with crisp white Dura Supreme cabinetry and elegant Marble Works Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, this kitchen now shines as a beautiful heart of the home. Striking Waterjet marble mosaic tile in a vertical layout adds visual appeal and texture. Appliances blend with custom panels matching the cabinetry. At the same time, a reimagined walk-in pantry, seamlessly aligned with the kitchen in terms of style, incorporates a chic dry bar with integrated wine and beer fridges.

We transformed the space into a bright, modern bathroom with dual zero-entry showers, eliminating the outdated step-down and dated glass blocks. A luxurious freestanding tub and separate vanities now provide ample space and convenience. The careful redesign around existing windows and doors maximizes functionality and natural daylight while contributing to the bathroom’s spa-like feel. A tankless water heater adds modern efficiency.
