A Coastal Condo Kitchen Remodel in Naples, FL

This beach-inspired kitchen remodel was part of a complete condo remodel in Naples.  Our clients were looking to take their small dark and dated kitchen and create an open footprint more conducive to entertaining.

Challenge

Remodeling in a condominium often has its problems, but with Progressive Design Build’s extensive experience, we expertly worked within the rules and regulations of the building.  Specifically, navigating around mechanicals hidden in walls shared by other units.

Solution

Working within local city codes and with our certified plumbing contractor, we received the green light to install an air emittance valve allowing our design team to remove a wall in the kitchen and dramatically open up the space.

Design highlights of this gorgeous new kitchen include Dura Supreme all-white cabinetry, a beach-inspired blue tile backsplash, oversized island with seating for four, Wolf Range and Sub Zero paneled refrigerator.
