Complete Condo Remodel in Fort Myers, FL

Need

This condo remodel was driven by a client’s vision for a sophisticated and contemporary living space. They desired a Classy Modern aesthetic with a high-gloss finish that would not only enhance the brightness but also add a touch of elegance and luxury to their home.

Challenge

The existing condo structure’s post-tension slabs presented significant constraints, limiting our ability to move walls and make structural changes. As a result, we had to develop creative solutions within the existing footprint to meet our client’s needs.

Solution

Our team meticulously crafted a design that balanced sleek, modern elements with a timeless aesthetic to reflect the client’s refined taste and lifestyle.

For starters, the outdated ceramic tile flooring throughout the condo was replaced with high-gloss, large-format Calacatta Gold luxury tile. This modernized and brightened the space, enhancing the overall flow and openness.

The kitchen was transformed by removing the traditional pantry and replacing it with sleek pantry cabinets, instantly creating a more open and functional space. To further enhance the spaciousness, we redesigned the cooktop area, eliminating any sense of crowding. By cleverly concealing the pantry and refrigerator along the back wall, we achieved a seamless, streamlined look.

Additionally, we made subtle adjustments to the hallway, allowing more light to flow into what was once the darkest spot in the home. This not only brightened the area but also opened up the adjacent bar, turning it into a standout feature that adds a striking focal point to the space. The bar features a coffee station, a liquor service area, and a beverage fridge.

The primary suite was reimagined, replacing the unused garden tub with a “his” vanity and expanded the shower that was designed with light-colored wall tile and Calacatta ceramic penny mosaic floor tile with an open glass enclosure.

The junior primary suite was upgraded with floating vanity cabinets and a sleek tile shower, enhancing its luxurious feel. The suite also features convenient access to a guest bath, adding an extra layer of comfort for visitors.

Result

The result is a beautifully cohesive and inviting kitchen that exudes both functionality and style. The rest of the condominium was skillfully remodeled to deliver a modern, high-gloss aesthetic that fulfilled the client’s vision and elevated their lifestyle.
