Old Florida Style Kitchen Remodel in the Spanish Wells Neighborhood of Bonita Springs, FL
Geri and Chuck live in a beautiful Old Florida Style home in the Spanish Wells neighborhood of Bonita Springs. In the fall of 2018, they reached out to Progressive Design Build to discuss some improvements to their home including a partial kitchen remodel, new flooring in the common area, and two bathroom renovations.
After meeting with a total of four different contractors, the couple happily moved forward with Progressive Design Build. During the initial Discovery Phase – Mike presented four separate proposals for each project along with a corresponding budget.
After reviewing the timing and budget in detail, Geri and Chuck signed off on a Phase One plan to include the partial kitchen remodel, new flooring in the shared common areas as well as new paint throughout the home.
The renovated kitchen now includes fresh white Cambria Quartz countertops on the dual kitchen islands along with an updated backsplash of natural stone. The stunning focal point of the kitchen is a beautiful wave-like 3D panel on the front of the island illuminated with colorful LED lights. Engineered hardwood flooring in a rich tone was installed with a glue-down application that complements the architectural style of the home.
It was during a conversation to discuss Phase Two that Mike asked Chuck why Progressive earned the business. He replied:
“At first, it was communication, during and after the project, it was Progressive’s integrity that impressed us. Everyone in the company had our home and our best interest in mind. You guys just do what you say you are going to do”.
Phase Two includes two new bathroom remodels and is scheduled to be completed in early 2020. Stay tuned!
