High-Rise Condominium Bathroom Remodels in Bonita Bay, FL

This primary bathroom and guest bath were part of a whole condominium remodel in Bonita Springs, FL.

The homeowners came to Progressive Design Build looking to transform their dated bathrooms into a timeless, transitional style, which celebrates natural light and a relaxed feel with smooth, modern details. Both rooms were updated with custom Dura Supreme cabinetry, high-end materials, and elegant finishes.

Primary Bathroom

A spa-like oasis was created by updating the existing tub and shower and replacing his and her vanities with new custom dark maple Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Java finish, topped with Crema Marfil marble countertops. Additional features include Mariana Home double-brass wall sconces, a gold chandelier by Crystorama, and gold faucets by Brilliance Luxe.

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom was updated with a stunning new shower laid in Venezia marble tile with a replica mosaic 2×2 shower floor. The vanity was updated with fresh paint, brushed bronze Kohler faucets, and matching brushed bronze hardware. A fun blue geometric-inspired wallpaper completes this guest bathroom transformation.
