Progressive Builders Changes Name to Progressive Design Build & Launches New Resource-Driven Website

New name and new website define firm’s 28 years of technology and design innovation

Fort Myers, Florida, June 30, 2017 –Progressive Design Build, formerly Progressive Builders, an award-winning design/build remodeling firm in Southwest Florida and staple of the local business community, has changed the name of its business to better reflect their expertise—a method of project delivery in which one entity (the design/build team) works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. In addition, they have launched a stunning new website, reimagined to demonstrate the firm’s near 30-year history of remodeling excellence and award-winning residential design.

Their name “Progressive Design Build” better represents the core capabilities and true identify of this local icon. Their site is a wonderful platform for highlighting the breadth of services offered to homeowners in Southwest Florida, while also serving as an educational destination to those who wish to learn more about the design build process.

“We are in the midst of a major, exciting transformation,” admits owner and president, Mike Spreckelmeier. “We have spent nearly thirty years building a reputation as a trusted, high-end design/build firm attracting some of Florida’s most reliable carpenters, project managers and designers. Our new identity, name and website will help us market ourselves uniquely, while also allowing us to celebrate what we have become.”

A visual resource for the design-build process, the new website now offers more detailed examples and real results of home remodeling projects – from start to finish. Designed to educate and inspire, the site offers a comprehensive overview of the company’s proven design build process and the breadth of residential remodeling services they offer, accompanied by an extensive photo gallery. The robust collection of projects and photography allows site visitors to gain a clear understanding of Progressive’s range of projects and inspired transformations of each so visitors can relate these projects to their own remodeling needs.

“Our goal wasn’t just to create a new, prettier, more functional website. We wanted to make sure we could attract the discerning Southwest Florida homeowner who wants a reliable remodeling firm to manage their entire remodeling project from design through construction, even while they are out of town,” explains Dave Wherry. “Another important part of the transition was making sure our name and brand identity grew with the evolution of our company—as an innovative, technology-based, service-led organization.”

The name “Progressive Design Build” conveys business process innovation and accurately reflects what we do—helping homeowners remodel their living space for a lifetime of enjoyment, from design through construction.

While Progressive Builders name will be retired, Progressive Design Build will continue to operate under the same guiding, customer-centric principles that brought the company to prominence.

The rebrand also coincides with the company’s exciting move to a new 2,200 sq. ft. facility in Bonita Springs that will debut a state-of-the-art showroom featuring the latest in kitchen cabinetry and bath design—to be completed by year’s end.
