Michael Spreckelmeier, President of Progressive Builders, Inc. will present an informative home remodeling workshop on both Feb 19 and Feb 28, 2013 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Bonita Bay Club Founders Room, 26660 Country Club Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34134.

Spreckelmeier will unveil the secrets to successful home remodeling projects that he’s learned in more than 24 years’ experience as a General Contractor. The workshop is designed to help Bonita Bay and area homeowners know how to approach home redesign and renovation with more confidence—starting with the five most common mistakes homeowners often make and how to avoid them. Space is limited.

Reservations are available at 239-939-5411. Nonresidents may attend by entering the Bonita Bay Main Gate and requesting directions. Progressive Builders, Inc. is a licensed, award-winning design/build remodeling General Contractor that has had a passion for service and excellence since 1989.

Progressive has performed three projects for us over three years — (1) an outdoor kitchen in January 2011; (2) Kitchen remodel and wet bar construction in Fall 2012; and (3) outer wall repair/reconstruction in January 2014. Progressive Design Build did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos and phone calls when necessary, and finished the job two before we came back in the fall.
