Fort Myers, FL, April 10, Progressive Builders executives, Mike Spreckelmeier and David Wherry, recently attended a Remodeler’s Roundtable in Danville, California. The industry Case Study meeting was hosted by Gayler Design Build, a peer group member and industry leader.

Ten remodeling companies from across the nation met in Danville to provide each other with input and advice on how to continually improve the remodeling services and products each company offers. During the Case Study meeting, the host allowed all ten fellow group members to analyze its business from the inside. Progressive Builders was one of those companies, reviewing systems and procedures, interviewing staff, and uncovering strengths and weaknesses of the company.

No stranger to the process, Progressive Builders was selected to be the host company one year earlier, benefiting from a similar in-depth analysis of their own internal systems and processes.

Progressive Design Build did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos and phone calls when necessary, and finished the job two before we came back in the fall. They did an excellent, outstanding job and the punch list took less than six to complete. I will use them again for our next remodel project. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!
